Companies must comply with European laws and regulations.
All our products have the necessary certificates, Koopman International has its own, independently certified laboratory where the tests to issue these certificates are carried out, among other things.
Alpha Impex member of Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) as part of Koopman International. The factories we work with are visited regularly, so we stay informed of what is going on at these factories.
Necessary due to all continuously changing laws and regulations regarding the import of premiums, promotional products and packaging. The focus on this is self-evident to us, just like guaranteeing the quality of production and your premium.

After approval of the quotation, the process will be started, which means that we first make a digital proof and/or show a (quality) sample. After the customer agrees to this test, we will test the product and after receiving the test certificates we will start the production process. At the end of the production process, the produced items will be inspected and after a “passed” report the products will be shipped.

As one of the largest importers of premiums and promotional products, we have been in the business for more than 35 years.
Almost all our productions originate in the Far East, where we have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Ningbo,
so that we can optimally guide the sourcing, production and control of your premium production.
Every production starts with a prototype that is tested against the strictest safety requirements in an independently certified laboratory.
Each shipment is inspected and only after a “passed” report is the shipment shipped.
We work with one carrier and one point of contact, so we know exactly where the products are at any time.
Briefing
It starts with exchanging relevant information. We would like to know everything about your brand, the objective of your sales promotion campaign and the preconditions for the premium to be created. The right attention in the preparation and preliminary phase guarantees a good briefing.
