Companies are obliged to operate with compliance to the European law- and standards regulations.

For all products supplied by us we are in pocession of the required certificates. Koopman International has an in-house, independent and certified laboratory, where the necessary tests are conducted.

Alpha Impex is a member of the Platform Promotional Products (PPP). This is an industry organization whose members have signed a code of conduct. Furthermore, as part of Koopman International, Alpha Impex is a member of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). Our factories are regularly visited to constantly be aware and up to date of what is happening on site.

After confirmation of order the process will be started, where firstly a digital proof of the product is made for the customer. After this a real approval (or quality sample) is prepared for final confirmation. After this confirmation, the item will undergo the necessary tests and after receipt of the test reports the mass production process will be initiated. At the end of the production, the goods will be thoroughly inspected by our inspectors and will only be shipped after our confirmation of the passed inspection result.

This is how we make sure that all our products will arrive at their destination complying to the requested standards.
